Firmware & Fleet Rollouts

• Collaborated with the electrical engineering team to build and package MCU firmware for over-the-air (OTA) upgrades of the company’s cellular IoT device fleet
• Orchestrated and managed push-based OTA firmware rollouts across the fleet, with firmware builds stored in the platform database and devices resetting when upgrade errors were encountered
• Supported platform communications with MCU-based field devices over custom TCP and UDP protocols
• Worked closely with electrical and computer engineers and field technicians in a small-company setting, supporting hardware integration and device troubleshooting
